I wanted to slap everyone that hurt Cas in season 8, hurting him is not allowed!! and Dean wasn't helping...as usual, sadly. He doesn't seem to understand his angel very well. Hopefully all of that shall be fixed in season 9.
I guess this was the season where everyone got to use Cas, now that I think about it...poor Cas :(
